Doan is the Chief of Operation & Marketplace Development at OLX ID, the biggest classified e-commerce platform in the region. He is leading all Operations, Data science, CLM, and revenue management. His main passion is to drive business results through the power of data science as it shown on his track records in the last 10 years in the field of telecommunication & e-commerce, such as Revenue assurance, Revenue lift, effective Retention lift, and Growth hack. Together with his team, he also pioneering the first analytics institution within Indonesia telco industry.

Recently, he actively shares his experience in data science during industry and university events as well as growth hacking forum. As part of IDEA member, he also actively supports the recent national digital measurement movement that has just been launch this year.
